This company is operated by Rlan Victor Wilkerson who goes by the nickname Bo. He will lowball estimates to get the job but ask for a down payment. You won't see him again. Your calls will be ignored. But he continues to post on Craigslist and will quickly answer if you call/email from a new address/number. He has been reported to the pllice and licensing board.
